Isn't it awesome? I used the last of my fridge dough today, flattening it, and putting a pesto on it.

And mixed up more. I'm a happy camper. Thank you again!

Although, I don't think I'll use it for sandwich bread.

I've been loving that book! My boys can mix up the dough themselves and make their own pizza which I think is great. And I love those quick, simple baguettes. Yum.
