Ryan Leech rides his trials bike through the streets of Portland.
Now how exactly does this work with all that conservation of energy stuff? 'Cause it looks to me like he's doing weird unnatural things with his momentum that violate all kinds of crazy science laws.
There's a guy in San Francisco that rides like this on the Embarcadero. He was usually out during the week. (You know San Francisco, usually the people looking for attention are out on like Friday night or the weekends to wow tourists, not this cat, he just rides for himself.) He cruises over the MUNI platforms and the neat stuff at Embarcadero Center.
Secretly, I'm jealous. I wish I could ride like that.

Oh, and it's not just physics that impresses me, it's a human mastery of the physics. A *person* using his or her body to control [a] machine to do something extraordinary. That's just sexy and engaging.
