- Football (srsly, if anyone had to beat the Packers, I'm glad it was the Giants. I may feel a post brewing on Eli Manning.)
- Mogwai, also Mastodon, also Godflesh
- Fear and loathing of rom-coms
- Unstinting adoration of movies made from comic books (or sharing a comic book-style aesthetic, or leading to comic book spinoffs) (X-Men, The Crow, Sin City, Grindhouse and Army of Darkness, respectively)
Do you think President Huckabee will send me to the gender re-education camps, or do you think he'll let me slide on account of my uncanny fondness for makeup and girly T-shirts?
Yup, I saw you at the radio station, you could be a boy.

Molly,
As a writer with a love of comic books have you read The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon? It won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 2001. A fantastic read. "It follows the lives of two cousins, a Czech artist named Joe Kavalier and a Brooklyn-born writer named Sam Clay—both Jewish—before, during, and after World War II. Kavalier and Clay become major figures in the nascent comics industry during its "Golden Age." credit - wikipedia.

if it couldn't be one manning in the bowl, at least the cute one will get a shot at his own ring (daddy and big bro are covered)...although a manning vs manning showdown would have made for great ratings...
