I'll say no, it's a perfectly acceptable thing to do, mainly because I want to hear the snark.

Whatever you respond will give them some satisfaction. The best revenge is to not even let them know that you noticed...

Jeannie

Or you could call on your posse to do it for you ;)

Sharyn (Torm)

you could pretend it's, you know, "hypothetical" And we could pretend to believe that......

Mimi

I'm with Sharyn, I'll play ;)

Jennifer Adams Donnelly

Nope. As good as it would feel, it would only come back to bite you. Gotta let it go... in with the good air, out with the bad.

I always used to get busted, for a variety of offenses, by my elementary school's Library Assistant. I would always plead that I was only acting in response to some other, far worse injury or attack, or that I was actually avenging an even-greater injustice that had been perpetrated by whoever else was accused. The Library Assistant, a blue-haired, rail-thin old creature who happened to be married to our much younger, much cooler-acting principal, always met my objections with the same aloof, dismissive response, that "it takes two to tango." ..and then, she'd go ahead and bust me, yet again. Ever sense then, I've always thought, "I really hate that Library Assistant from elementary school. What a total bitch she was." That said, I'm in full support of each and every comment already offered forth on this one... good luck, either way you decide to play it!

Melissa

Oh...it's perfectly ok to out them on your blog...
