Art imitates life

So we were up late last night watching a fine high-quality episode of Xena: Warrior Princess.

And what struck us was the uncanny resemblance of the character of the warlord Cycnus to that of Donald "Peace is for suckers" Rumsfeld.

Cycnus: "Peace is an illusion, coward. There's only war, death, victory and vanquishing. There's no compromise. Give up; you can't defeat me."

Rumsfeld: "Go massive. Sweep it all up. Things related and not."

*sigh*
